These new covers are made from Type 304 polished stainless and simply slip over the factory cowl area. The right side is slotted like the factory cowl and is secured with new hardware to replace the factory hardware and double sided tape. The left side is not slotted. Sold as a pair.

#6 CHROME POWER STEERING CAP AND TOP HOUSING COVER

These new covers are made from copper and then chrome plated. The actual cap cover has an exposed center so the yellow warning label is visible. The other cover snaps over the actual top area of the power steering housing. Once installed, it looks like a factory item. Sold as a set of both covers.

These new chrome cap covers slip over the 3 nuts that surround the shock towers on each side of the inner fenders. They compliment the strut tower chrome covers we also sell. Made from copper and then chrome plated the quality

you see the black studs with nuts on the ends. We made two small copper covers that were then chrome plated to cover these two exposed studs.

This polished
stainless cover is made from Type 304 stainless. It is
a two piece design that requires four small holes to be drilled in the original black plastic intake cover. It is formed to follow the shape of the original plastic intake cover. Comes with special stainless attachment
hardware and
easy to follow directions.

Note: This accessory will not fit the 2003 or late 2002 models because they did not receive the plastic intake cover.

#17 CHROME PLATED ORIGINAL HOOD PROP ROD

We buy brand new factory hood prop rods and have them chrome plated. No cores are required. Part of this process involves removing the special coating that is on each hood prop rod. Easy to install since it is a factory item. Even if you are not in to chrome parts for under the hood this makes for a nice touch on your PT Cruiser.

"SUPERCHARGED", "TURBOCHARGED" & "HIGH PERFORMANCE" EMBLEMS

All three emblems ("High Performance" only shown above) are made in plastic with a chrome face and black edging. The "Supercharged" and the "Turbocharged" emblem each measures 5 1/4" by 3/8" tall. The "High Performance" emblem measures 1" by 4" long.  

Works great under the hood, or on the front lower corner of the hood, or on each fender.
